These Terms of Service apply to your use of nibxo.com and purchases from Nibxo, operated by Van Brands Inc. Please read them together with our Shipping Information, Return & Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy, and Your Privacy Choices pages.
1. Products and availability
We sell women's clothing. Product descriptions, prices, sizing information, and availability appear on the relevant product pages. We may correct an error before accepting an order. If we cannot fulfill an order after payment, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.
2. Orders and payment
Your order is subject to payment confirmation and product availability. Prices are displayed in USD. The amount payable and available delivery options are shown before you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including credit cards and PayPal.
Contact service@nibxo.com promptly if you need to correct an order. We will try to help before dispatch. Your rights to cancel or return an order are described in our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
3. Shipping and import charges
We ship from China to destinations available at checkout. Standard Shipping is free when the merchandise total is USD $69.98 or more; below that amount it costs USD $5.99 per order. Express Shipping costs USD $11.98 per order at every order value. Orders usually take 1–3 business days to prepare. Standard Shipping transit usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping does not have a fixed published transit estimate or guaranteed arrival date. We are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes for your order. 4. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery, including for size or fit issues. For an ordinary return or exchange, you pay the shipping cost of sending the item to our Shenzhen return address. For an exchange, you also pay the replacement shipping cost after we tell you the amount. Our Return & Exchange Policy explains the process, item condition, and refund timing. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
5. Website use and content
You agree to use the site lawfully and not interfere with its security or operation. Site text, photographs, graphics, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may use site content for personal shopping purposes but may not copy or exploit it commercially without permission from the rights holder.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Your Privacy Choices explains how to manage cookies, marketing messages, and applicable privacy requests.
7. Governing law and mandatory rights
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This clause does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your place of residence. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with such a mandatory right, that right takes precedence.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes do not remove rights that applied to an order already placed.
