Shipping destinations and origin

We ship orders from China to destinations available at checkout. If your destination cannot be selected at checkout, contact service@nibxo.com before ordering.

Shipping options and costs

• Standard Shipping: Free when the merchandise total is USD $69.98 or more; USD $5.99 per order when the merchandise total is below USD $69.98.
• Express Shipping: USD $11.98 per order at every order value, including orders that qualify for free Standard Shipping.

The free-shipping threshold is based on the total price of the merchandise in your order, before shipping and taxes. Available shipping options and charges are shown before you confirm payment.

Preparation and transit times

• Order preparation: Usually 1–3 business days after an order is placed.
• Standard Shipping transit: Usually 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Standard Shipping combined estimate: Approximately 8–18 business days from order placement to delivery.

We do not publish a fixed transit time for Express Shipping. Delivery time varies by destination and carrier. Selecting Express Shipping does not guarantee delivery by a particular date. If you need an order by a specific date, contact service@nibxo.com before ordering.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays that affect processing or delivery. Estimates may change because of customs checks, local holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions. If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated preparation period, we will contact you about the delay and your options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.

Import duties and taxes

We are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes for your order. If a carrier or customs agent asks you to pay an import charge before delivery, contact service@nibxo.com before paying it so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Delivery problems

If an order is significantly delayed, lost, delivered to the wrong address, or arrives damaged, email service@nibxo.com with your order number and the details. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law. Please check the delivery address you enter at checkout and contact us promptly if it needs correction.
