Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. We accept requests for size or fit issues and changes of mind, subject to the process below. This voluntary 30-day policy does not limit any longer or different rights you have under applicable consumer law, including rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to request a return or exchange

1. Email service@nibxo.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. You do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind return.
2. We will provide return instructions. Please contact us before mailing the item so it reaches the correct return location.
3. Send the item back within 14 calendar days after telling us you want to return it, unless applicable law gives you more time.

For a size, fit, or change-of-mind return or exchange, you arrange and pay the shipping cost of sending the item to this address. We recommend a trackable service and keeping the shipping receipt. Contact us before sending an item if you need help with the return instructions.

Condition of returned clothing

You may try on clothing as you reasonably would in a store. Please return items with any included accessories and packaging if you still have them. Original packaging is helpful but is not required to request a return. Where permitted by law, we may reduce a change-of-mind refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what was necessary to inspect the item; we will explain any proposed reduction.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. We issue the refund within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item or evidence that you sent it back, whichever is earlier. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds.

For a return of the full order, we refund the price of the returned goods and any original Standard Shipping charge that applicable law requires us to refund, including for qualifying EU and UK cancellations. An extra amount paid for Express Shipping is refunded where applicable law requires it. Otherwise, the original shipping charge paid at checkout is not refundable after dispatch. For a partial return, we refund the returned item's price and any delivery charge required by applicable law.

If we cancel an order before dispatch and it has not shipped, we refund the amount paid for that order, including its shipping charge.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Contact service@nibxo.com if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful if available, but are not required to contact us. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under applicable law. We cover necessary return and replacement shipping for these issues where applicable law requires it. The 30-day voluntary request period does not reduce your legal rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. For a size, fit, or change-of-mind exchange, you pay for shipping the original item back and for shipping the replacement item to you. We will tell you the replacement shipping charge before you confirm the exchange. If an exchange is not available, we can process an eligible return and refund. For a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover necessary shipping for the appropriate remedy where applicable law requires it.
