Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of your question. For a damaged or incorrect item, photos may help us investigate, but you can contact us without them.

We can help with sizing questions, order changes before dispatch, delivery problems, returns, exchanges, refunds, and privacy requests. Please contact us before mailing a return so we can provide the correct instructions for the Shenzhen return location.

For privacy requests, email service@nibxo.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Do not send payment card details or identity documents by ordinary email unless we first explain a secure verification method.
